Very Black Store valmistaa Crossfitissä, voimistelussa ja kuntoilussa käytettäviä apuvälineitä Yeti Smart Benchin avulla vanerista. Se on yksi osa heidän liiketoimintaansa, jonka keskiössä on kaikenlaisten laadukkaiden välineiden myyminen toiminnalliseen harjoitteluun ja voimailuun. Yetillä valmistuvat heidän Plyo boxinsa.

Tuotantoon haettiin tehokkuutta - Yetin hinta ja ominaisuudet tuntuivat juuri sopivilta

Tilauskannan kasvaessa alkoi nousta tarve tuotantokapasiteetin kasvattamiselle. Tutkittuaan ensin pöytäsahoja heräsi ajatus CNC-koneesta. Yeti Smart Bench vaikutti sopivimmalta tarpeeseen.

Yeti Smart Bench CNC-kone paransi laatua ja nopeutti tuotantoa vapauttamalla kädet perustyöstöistä

Aikaisemmin Plyoboksit oli tehty käsin ja se vaati huolellisuutta ja tarkkuutta. CNC-koneen ottaminen tuotantoon toi lisää tarkkuutta, eli tuotteen laatu parani, minkä lisäksi saatiin kädet vapautettua muuhun tuottavaan työhön. Jäljellä jäi lähinnä viimeistely- ja kokoonpanotyö.

Odotukset ylittyivät - kone toimi jopa paremmin ja oli helppokäyttöisempi, kuin oli osannut odottaa

Yeti Smart Bench CNC-koneen käyttäminen onnistuu keneltä tahansa, joka osaa käyttää älypuhelinta. CNC-työstönkin saa nopeasti haltuun, kun ymmärtää puuntyöstön perusteet esimerkiksi sovitusten suhteen.
